How to Use it?
Mix your protein powder with cold water or milk, following the directions of your selected product. Fill the shaker with liquid first, then add the powder and shake well for 20–30 seconds.
Keep fresh and consume within an hour after preparation.
Warning
Not for use with hot liquids. Hot or warm liquids and other ingredients such as pancake batter, soda, etc. may build up pressure within the bottle and cause the bottle to open unexpectedly and spray contents. Open the bottle with caution.
