Meet Body Bar
Raising the bar for Body Care. A classic shape, with an all new twist – this non-drying cleansing bar will go to town on dirt and impurities but won’t strip the moisture from your skin while it does so. Perfect for hands or body, keep a bar at the ready in your sink or in your shower for a gentle cleanse that is suitable for all skin types. Body Bar is also pH balanced and soap-free.
Apply Body Bar to dampened skin, work gently into a light lather and rinse thoroughly. Follow with the Nu Skin body moisturiser of your choice.

Why is it “soap-free”?
The word “soap” might well be the term you think of for all cleansers, which may make the idea of a soap- free body wash pretty confusing. What it actually refers to is a specific cleaning agent, made when certain fats and oils interact with alkali, and while they were a great step forward for hygiene, they can be very hard on the skin. In the skincare industry, we use the term “soap-free” for products using other cleansing agents which are gentle on your skin- just like the Liquid Body Bar, Liquid Body Lufra, Body Cleansing Gel or Body Bar that you’ll find here at Nu Skin.
Healthy skin is often slightly acidic, with a pH of around 5.5-6.5. Many standard soap brands, on the other hand, are alkaline or basic, meaning their pH rand is 8.5-10. Disrupting the pH balance within the skin can cause the protective moisture barrier to break down, and for those with normal to dry complexions this can be particularly problematic. We carefully formulate our cleansers to a gentle pH range of 5-7.4, helping maintain the natural protective moisture barrier of the skin.
How does Body Bar compare to Liquid Body Bar?
Both Body Bar and Liquid Body Bar will leave your skin feeling soft and comfortable, and they both smell pretty great. Body Bar comes in a convenient bar, whereas Liquid Body Bar is a liquid cleanser. Although both products are gentle to the skin, Liquid Body Bar is also designed to moisturise the skin.
Can I use Body Bar as a facial cleanser?
While Body Bar is safe to use on the face, it is not its intended use and we certainly wouldn’t encourage it on a daily basis if it can be avoided. Nu Skin” offers other fadal cleansers formulated specifically for the delicate skin of this area that are better suited to the task.
